Sewing Made Easy, Level 2: the Pattern
About
The second step of the college's sewing series teaches reading commercial patterns, taking your own measurements and making simple adjustments, as you sew a pair of elastic-waist pants from start to finish. This cohort meets Tuesdays 1 to 3pm, Nov 3 through Dec 1, at Los Angeles City College, 855 N Vermont Ave, next to the Metro B Line Vermont/Santa Monica station. The course is $123 including materials; other cohorts start Nov 5, Nov 7 (two times) and Nov 9.
