Single Stone Ring Silversmith Workshop
About
A no-experience-needed metalsmithing session in which you make a sterling silver ring set with a stone you pick from the studio's selection and take it home the same day. This one starts at 10am on Sunday, Nov 1 at The Hellbent Silversmith, 433 E 1st St, Long Beach, about a third of a mile from the Metro A Line 1st Street station; the studio says to plan on two to three hours, and a second session starts at 1:15pm. The workshop is $110 per person with a $60 nonrefundable deposit at booking; larger stones and wider or patterned bands cost extra. Hellbent repeats the ring workshop on Nov 7, 8, 14 and 15.
