Sewing Made Easy, Level 1: Beginning
About
A five-session beginner course on setting up and running a sewing machine and on measuring, marking, pinning and cutting fabric, ending with a finished pillow; machines are provided. This cohort meets Wednesdays 4 to 6pm on Oct 28, Nov 4, Nov 18, Dec 2 and Dec 9 at Los Angeles City College, 855 N Vermont Ave, beside the Metro B Line Vermont/Santa Monica station. The course is $119, ages 16 and up. Further cohorts start Nov 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 at different times of day.
