Lost Wax Cast
About
Students carve their own ring design in wax and have it cast using the lost-wax method; no experience is needed and the class is capped at 6. It runs 2–5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct 24 at Community Jewelry Arts in Mid-City, whose exact address is sent after registration. Tuition is $175, with a separate materials and casting fee collected at the workshop (higher for larger designs), and rings are ready for pickup or shipping one to two weeks later. The studio repeats this class on Nov 21 and Dec 19.
