An evening walk of about 2 miles and up to 500 ft of gain in Sunol Wilderness to learn about and look for tarantulas during mating season. Sunday Oct 25, 5:15–7:15 pm from the Visitor Center, 1895 Geary Rd, Sunol (drive/park); ages 6+, registration required (code 60187), fee not published. The same evening Del Valle runs its own tarantula walk, so if one fills, try the other.
