SFJAZZ presents the 1920 silent Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, starring John Barrymore, with a live improvised score by Dorothy Papadakos, former cathedral organist of New York's St. John the Divine, on Grace's pipe organ. It runs 8–9:30 p.m. at Grace Cathedral, 1100 California St, on the California St cable car line. Tickets are $25–$35 via SFJAZZ. A silent horror film with a cathedral organ is about as atmospheric as Halloween week gets in the city.
